So after like...wha? 2 years plus? Since I quit updating this blog.

Well, since I met Snark last year (it's like few years since we met, too!!) during Comic Fiesta 2011 Day 1 where I finally debuted one of my dream cosplay: Full Metal Panic!, he asked if I still blog. So I've decided. OK, I'M BACK AT BLOGGING! Because. I've always wanted to return to my long lost interest, but was busy and had soooooooo many obstacles. THOUGH IT'S GONE; OVER NOW, WOO-HOO!

Also, quite a no. of friends had been asking me about my doujin too. I chatted with Danial Shan as well the other day, and we decided to blog too. Especially about fandoms. So. Another reason to start back blogging~

I have my Sousuke now. Screw all of you. BWAHAHAHAHA!!

(may re-use for Syaoran Li: Card Captor Sakura, Sagara Sanosuke: Rurouni Kenshin, etc.)
Hiruma eyes: white | green [they should have small pupil]
Mamori eyes: [blue colored]
(may re-use for Soryuu Asuka Langley: Evangelion, etc.)
Sakuraba eyes: [honey colored]
Akaba eyes: [red colored]

The rest: ES21 cast usually have black eyes (convenient for most Asians) or black pupils as small as Hiruma's. (white iris type) For characters not listed above, go & double check their eyes with your own research, or simply go for black eyes.

April. One of my fave months of the year, although I'm not born in this month.

Happy Birthday to all April babies!

Greeted my comrade, the Raccoon General many times on his birthday, LOL.

Celebrated Sano's birthday by surprising him with a birthday cake with lite up candles...in my car, when he entered. HAHAHAHA. Along with bunch of stuff I compiled for him as gifts, like hamper, tee hee. Then we at together at Subway as our dinner, mmmmm drool.

Hung out with Rinny dear to eat together. She introduced me to new pan mee & taiwanese dessert shops...oh so yummy, more drool. And thanks so much for treating me to all, I promised to return better! ;)

I got birdie houses which I've always wanted! (I'm cuckooed) HAHAHA. You know? Man-made bird houses meant for real birds to lepak/hang out in there, or as decoratives, whichever. Planning to put one in the garden when it's revamped properly. And one more I shall give to someone special as a gift, gee I wonder who.

Oh, and Subway has officially became my all-time fave frequent fast food place. They're having promotions now, e.v.e.r.y.d.a.y, sandwich of the day is only RM7.50! Healthy, yummy, filling - so worth it! Bye-bye KFC & McD, heh.

Lotsa stuff happened, so far so sweet. :)

Full Metal Panic set for a Live-Action Movie Adaptation, Zac Efron Interested.

comment: YEAH that one of my top fave series is getting a big-screen movie adaption! But...excuse me? Zac...Efron??!! WHAT??!! I am so shocked, out of all the potential actors out there...him?? (ok, so he was the one who approached and NOT the production's desire) Appearence wise, I say he can cut it out. But acting wise? Holy santa maria jshksjdhf]\][popu36$%rhsdbakh HE BETTER LIVE UP TO THE STANDARD OF BEING AN ALOOF PAIN-IN-THE-ASS OVER PROTECTIVE MILITARY FREAK CHARM or I swear I'll SCREEEAAAAAMMMMMMMMM in the cinema. If he doesn't make me laugh too, I would say EPIC FAIL!

Mandalay Pictures (acquired its theatrical rights) is the studio behind Hollywood films such as Sleepy Hollow, Enemy at the Gates, The Score, The Jacket, and Into the Blue previously. Full Metal Panic hasn’t been setup at a studio just yet.

comment: So far I am quite calm/relieved that this company is the one who's taking up the FMP franchise. (unlike DBZ's horrid production, orz) The only title I know from them is Sleepy Hollow (which I TOTALLY HEART!) and the rest, I heard they bring good war adaption films. PLEASE make FMP good or my heart will shatter. );

Zac Efron, on the other hand, has been a popular fixture in Hollywood’s teen demographic. He is the star of Disney Channel’s High School Musical, WB’s Summerland and the film adaptation of the Broadway musical Hairspray. It is interesting to see how he’ll portray a Japanese anime character.

This is the moment that we are waiting for! We have done it in 2007 and we are loud and proud to announce that we are being given the opportunity to watch the premiere screening of Transformers Revenge of The Fallen again this year!

Date: 23rd June 2009 (3 days earlier than US)
Time: 9pm (approx)
Venue: Either Mid Valley, 1U or Cineleisure. (tbd/tba)

Referring to the ticket pricing, please take note that they have to charge an additional RM 1k + for security guards (per hall) and we have to share share to cover the cost (UPDATE: 16/3/09 - under orders from sponsors, the ticket price of RM25 has been changed to TBA, so stay tune for further updates!)

Until I finalise the cost, the ticket price is about there... so it's your call guys, if you want me to proceed or not? Director Michael Bay says he wants original Megatron voice actor Frank Welker for the character of Soundwave in TRANSFORMERS REVENGE OF THE FALLEN.

Stemming from an interview with Welker with TFW2005.com, the question was posed - TFW: Have you been approached at all for any further work with the franchise, either with the movie (Soundwave?) or another incarnation, such as Transformers: Animated?

Welker: Well it is a little too early to be specific but I will say yes and no. No, I have not been approached by the movie folks but yes I am still involved in the franchise...more on that later.

Just wanting to rant/complain about a location I just visited.

KLCC.

The moment we just entered the building, my mum already quoted it as "OMG, how old is this place again? I'm sure it's not that old, right? The place already looked worn down. It doesn't look too nice. Reminded me of Lot 10. But Lot 10 had a longer history. Huh? This is not good." Well said.

Well, my MAJOR complain would had to be the TOILETS!! And I thought in this modern days, we do NOT have to worry about lousy toilets anymore in M'sia, esp. in high profiled area...but guess we still need to. >_<;

It was my 2nd time visiting the mall this year so far, I thought I wouldn't had to be reminded, but GAWD, it STILL has that bloody awful STINK. This is so ewwwww. And the worst is ALWAYS having to freakin' LINE UP!! Unlike Hong Kong that provides PLENTY of toilet cubicles yet still having loooong lines with PLEASANT odor, but here, only 5 working toilet rooms or less are available, geez. Bad planning. This means I have to bear the damned smell even longer. +_+; Shiat, literally! (though the stench smell more like pee, gross) I swear that Summit USJ toilets are better, isn't this a disgrace?!

Also, bloody Level 2 toilets. Apparently, it's the so-called oh so grand class toilets which you are forced to pay RM2 per entry. Screw it. 50 cents I would have tried...but 2 freakin' ringgits? With recession going on, they can kiss my (or anyone's) ass!

Ooooooh, so I GET the cunning strategy already. They made other toilets stink so bad (and really looked bad too), they wanted to attract people to go to Level 2 to pay for better smell. (with looks & service?) Despicable! =_=

I bet it doesn't even look all that wow anyway. I preferred Star Hill, their WOW toilets on one floor (perhaps the Ground if my memory serves me right) is absolutely AMAZING & BREATHTAKING!! O__O JAW DROPPING I SAY!! Feels as if you entered into another dimension. Though the last time I went in, the mint smell is sooooo strong, BUT it is NOT smelly - and that's more than enough! It's like you can do a photoshoot in that place too, stunning~! Best part of all = FREE ENTRANCE!!

Everyone are well aware that plenty of foreigners will be visiting KLCC, and with the current toilets condition, this is an embarassment! I hope they get it fixed SOON or I won't be the first and only person to write in (bad) public review to the newspapers or something.

I'm also ~~kinda~~ VERY disappointed with the Kinokuniya Bookstore. Being the ONLY branch in the entire country (wh00t?!), the Japanese section to me has dropped, in terms of limited stocks/titles and no more special discounted items. *sad* From the previous Isetan location, I got my Slayers novel, Evangelion manga, JUMP Magazine feat. Busou Renkin on the cover - all for RM10 to RM5 each! It was PARADISE I tell ya! Too bad they didn't live up to the previous standard. No freakin' Shinobi Life manga (only 2 volumes of the American translated version, and boy was it bloody expensive! phhhhhft), I was hoping to get my hands on the Japanese vol. 5 or 6. (cause online currently scanlates until vol. 4 without translation yet!) T__T They don't even have as many shoujo magazines, that means no Princess which serializes Shinobi Life. T^T No Eyeshield 21 Field of Colors artbook. No latest Gurren Lagann artbooks. (the Kamina-sama + Simon, feat. Viral, Kittan & Rossiu ahhhhhhhhh!!) Not even the vol. 2 animation compilation book! Where's the latest COSMODE, why isn't it anywhere in sight??! I wish there were Kenshin kanzenban (re-issued & improved with goodies manga release) but in my dreams. NO FREAKIN' FULL METAL PANIC, ZERO, THIS IS OUTRAGEOUS! (if Sousuke was around, he will BLOW XDDDDDDDDDD) I wanted to get my hands on the latest novels, but noooo. All they know is Full Metal Alchemist FORK THAT OVERRATED TITLE. And if I have to order, it's charged a bit more...whaaaaaaaat?! I mind as well just buy my wanted stuff ONLINE. Pointless khaskdhskjhuiui. >=(

Another rant would be the Spring Garden restaurant in KLCC. It is seriously the WORST Dim Sum/Chinese restaurant I have ever been to, EVER. Who cares about the bloody artsy fartsy modern fushion so-called traditional ambiance/design/interiors/theme - it failed miserably. The food quantity is so little, the taste sucked, the menu is limited, the price is a bomb, the service is terrible, WTF. NEVER go there, you will regret! =_=

I do NOT see the hype in shopping in KLCC anymore, it is seriously boring & uneccessary. The standard dropped compared to previous years. WTF HAD HAPPENED!! WAKE UP!! (luckily the Cream Puffs I got from a bakery shop there cheered me up. if not, this entire post would be in bold and red, muahahaha)

And that sums up my disatisfaction of the week. =/

I'm still trying to catch up in Bleach (thus I lack in defining him since he's in the latest/furthest season), but MAN, is Grimmjow the HOTTEST ever man in this entire series! To me, his features (appearence & aura) are strongly sharp, wicked, charismatic & interesting, I even forget/could care less that the rest of the Arrancars existed, ROFL. He is the sexta (6th) Espada, and damn that sounds hot enough/matches him. (the theme is Spanish) His release form is of a Panther (reow!). Majority described him as rude & aggressive, but idk, I believe he is more than just a killer badass. Despite being a villain (did he eventually died in the end? dammit, screw it - I still love you, Grimmjow <333), he is surprisingly super popular that he ranked 4th place in the Bleach characs recent vote! (come on, of all the 2813768 characs and 837 goodies) The only dude who looks good with eye make-up, odd face attachment (the partly jaw skull at his right face) & a huge HOLE at his stomach, tee hee. I think I also broke/twisted my tongue from saying his full name, but it's still worth it. <3

I guess a brilliant blackmailer badass is one of my sub category for male who can turn me on and I tend to not mind being their slave without a thought, hahaha. (Decepticon's Soundwave from Transformers is the other one in the list, W00T) Then again, being a scary manipulative (in a resourceful way) team-caring leader is deeply like one of my alter-egos too. I took him as my 2nd crossplay role, and surprisingly I've been getting AMAZING approval & fave, esp. from my family, ROFL!! (this is a FIRST I tell ya!!) I know I sucked 1st time (for not having suitable sharp teeth & I didn't wear the elf ears Sky Peg dear lent me & misc. minor errors that I'm fussy about), I plan to do a MUCH better version this year so Eyeshield 21/Hiruma fans don't need to laugh at me. ); I love his quirky quotes/philosophy, eg: "Don't think so much or you'll become bald"; "LET'S KILL THEM ALL! YA-HA!". (this is what is shouted before a match, LOL) All I can say is, he is such a neverending FUN uncanny character, he also became one of my interesting idol. <33333

❺ Kagetora 『Shinobi Life』

I just knew this character this year (thus the manga had no anime adaption yet) but OH MY what a gorgeous cute innocent sweet shinobi from the past, trapped in this modern world. *__* He is like the ancient ninja version of Sousuke (see below), but less uptight & ~~less hilarious~~ more adorable. He is deadly loyal & keeps promises hard. Oh, yeah, more honorable & dead serious in giving his whole life to the person he needs to protect, compared to Sousuke. O_O; ('nuff comparision, both great characters are special in their own ways) I love how he is more expressive and daring in admitting his love, although he's ALWAYS in a situation where he might NEVER get what he wants, d'awwwww. Extra hot barometer goes to his body full of yummy scars, sexy!! His smiles are enough to melt any girls. He also STRONGLY resembles another character I know & love (will spoil it next time only), so I can't help but to fall for him too, mmmmm. I think I'm falling totally hard for conventional/old fashioned loyal kind guys deep inside, argh.

❹ Sagara Sousuke 『Full Metal Panic

He. is. seriously. the. most. hilarious. bishie. in. animanga. history. ever. Humor will NEVER exist in this series if he doesn't too. Heck, he's such a pain-in-the-ass stiff, serious, never jokes (he never laughs too, rite?!) - and yet...and YET, omg, due to being brought up with guerrilla & military bases all his life, cracks the shiat up when you put him in any ordinary (high school) lifestyle. (carrying/having 1283 weapons are vital!) I swear I can choke and die, but in the happiest way. XD; He is often tensed & strong in controlling himself, seemed to appear cold/aloof, BUT when he's really pissed, frustrated or worried - he looses his nerves painfully & snaps like an atomic bomb. (which is unexpectedly cute in a way) XDD He's even MORE cute when he gets in a Bonta-kun costumed mascot & operates it like a mini mecha with squeaky FUMOFFU voices, HAHAHAHA. Highly protective & super alert, to the extend the efforts & actions he made makes me dying to melt in his arms. I love how he can bear so many burdens, being undercover student, bodyguard, soldier & tolerates ultimate bashings from his Kaname. +_+ And what a heartbreaker, so many high profiled girls are into him (3 damned Whisperers!), yet he is only loyal to one. (lucky biatch) Oh, yeah, make that one more top guy villain who's crazy for him too, ROFL. ("I love you Kashim honey please keel me or I'll keel you & rape you" ewwww LMAO) He's the ONLY Mithril Sergeant who can pilot the ARX-7 Arbalest, Lambda Driver–equipped Arm Slave & always successfully solve every critical missions. Yep, he kicks major ass. Believe it or not, of all the 7 years I've known this series, I NEVER knew Sousuke is actually a (secular) Muslim, until today, WTF ROFL!! Not that it's a bad thing, but it makes me amused even moar. (no wonder he's extremely innocent, totally restricts/refrains from doing normal male behaviors -pervs-, & having the hardest time expressing) I just realized his series is still ONGOING, and JHSDGJKAHDJIHUH I can't get enough of him, I can't wait for the ~~ending~~ new stories. (please to release new anime seasons, pleaaaaase) ;__; Sigh, what a beautiful disaster.

Funniest shiat again? I realized I've been calling/referring my RL bf as Sanosuke, but in reality, he's more of my Sousuke (I was introduced to FMP! thanks to him too O__O), boring yet loving D'AWWWWWWWWWWW KSDKSHIHIO\LKDFSDJ;[[L[ ILU.

I swear, I wish in reality for a person like him to be my husband, LOL W00T. ♥ He makes such a PERFECT lover, when he loves someone, he will love 'em all the way for who they are and not what they are, plus he can tolerate anything. (yeah, try to kill him, nag at him, scold him or slap him, I bet if you're his love, he will still give you that dopey laugh or grin and hug you, ahhsdhrkyaeh\[oposdhlk';laksih!) He is so full of energy/genkiness, I can easily get cheerful just by knowing or looking at him! I am positive that of all the bishies in this list, Kazuki can easily be my all-time best friend or partner in crime. Hehehe. He is friendly/amiable, being with him is totally fun & stress-free. His cute traits are definitely his habit in wanting to do cool things (like doing the pose of Kamen Rider at the enemies headquarter entrance HAHAHA!!). I love him just the way he is) The rolemodel who will forever be in my memory, even if I lost my brain. Good lord, I AM SO FUCKING THANKFUL FOR GAINAX TO BRING HIM TO LIFE. Eventhough they had to fucked him up by killing his noble father, giving him a short lifespan, painful tragic death and making him died a virgin, HE WILL ALWAYS BE ALIVE TO ME NO MATTER WHAT, screw fate HE IS IMMORTAL! He is not my first animanga crush (Son Goku of Dragon Ball is, STFU! XD), BUT he's my animanga love of my life. Because of him, I am exposed to great modern anime/manga/j*music! Finally obtained the album ajsgjh\[sdl';skhd and I think it's their most beautiful compilation album of their classic songs.

Don't let a simple uncreative title like "SIAM SHADE II" fooled you about it's content. I'm sure it will make old & new fans satisfied, squeal or melt to this long-lost treasure. New listeners could feel the various beauty of their least mentioned/underestimated masterpieces. (release date: 1995.11.11)

From left to right: Junji (drums), Daita (lead guitar), Hideki (vocal), Kazuma (rhythm guitar), Natchin (bass). It's so unfortunate they broked up. my review: music - very upbeat, the best ~~punch~~ start to get you to wake up! (and smell the stinkin' roses or coffee, hahaha) the star/focus here is definitely the pouring drums. the guitars are additions to make the track more rockish & uncanny.
vocal - best. combination. ever! the speech part by guest Tim sounds like a real inner voice inside all of us, expressive, deep & fast but not rap, he pawns it. Hideki makes this crud track sound & feel so melodious & catchy, swoon! sub vocals are suitable to their timing.
lyrics - best damned realistic shit! clever arrangement, strong frustration & determination written all over, very bold/blunt and the efforts are clear & flawless.
overall - the perfect song to blast to when you're fed up of reality, and brings out the fighter against the power in you, hahaha.

TIME'S

my review: music - upbeat drums again, but this time the guitars poured more roles/souls & it sounds soooo beautiful melancholic, in a way. this is actually the revised/new version from their original/single's version. as much as I preferred the 1st work best (which have heavier bass & 80s new wave feel), but that's because I'm a nostalgic sucker. most ppl preferred this version though, heh. I admit, the ending guitar riffs are made of swoon eventhough it's simple! clearly can feel the sense of longing, stayed true to the lyrics.
vocal - O. M. G! Hideki never fails to make a supposingly negative content track sound so melodious, sweet steady pace for an upbeat track, full of emotions. Swooning again. Sub vocals sound very soothing.
lyrics - pretty simple, yet the most enthusiastic wishful romantic arrangement. fear & prolonged unfulfilled desire or need are written all over. the english parts are perfect melancholy to me. easiest lyrics to sing along to.
overall - perfect period to calm down into a haunting love theme from the harsh realism. with maintained upbeatness from the 1st track. mellow melancholy will fill the air & soul.

CALLING

my review: music - again, upbeat drums & soulful guitars, minus the haunting effect from the previous track. the highlight will be the best creative combo melody created by the rhythm & lead guitars. hear them pawn during instrumental slots. (no vocal/lyrics) the time between 2:38 - 2:48 is my fave part of all, short but argh!
vocal - Hideki made this oh. so. beautiful. Unlike Time's, this is more hasty paced, unless it gets to the english chorus. sub vocals are fitting, but it's faint.
lyrics - I think those who are having a long distant relationship or had a lost love will be attached to this! even works for one sided love, where you wish for that special someone to notice you, secretly. (or openly, whichever) if you've never confessed yet (dumbass) - time to use this content, muahaha! or if you're longing for a love which is highly impossible *coughmecough*, this sips thru your soul, babe.
overall - it can strongly cut through air, so blast this damn track if you're wishing your significant other to feel your presence from somewhere far away with this song, hopefully. wait, I think they can.

SADNESS
Lyrics: CHACK, Music: DAITA
my review: music - OMFG. The intro is freakin' splendid to me. (& it's riffs for the song along the way is neat when it's drowning) The guitars did the perfect melancholic feel for this track. Drums are complimentary this time. Ah, most beautiful sad song composition.
vocal - This is why I'm totally inlove with Hideki's soothing melodious voice & the way he sings the lyrics, very soulful in this one. I feel like I can almost touch him. Although the music tempo is quite fast, the singing is taking it's sweet time behind Time's. The only sub vocal is by Kazuma, for one solo line in the entire song.
lyrics - True sadness written all over here. This is more towards the poor souls who miss their former love dearly and the thoughts of it kills. Slight wishful hope are also inserted.
overall - oddly when I'm depressed (not relating to love, but about my low self-esteem), this feeds my soul best. somehow I feel very satisfied afterwards. hahaha, why don't you try this when you're in sorrow too?

夢の中へ (Yume no Naka he)

my review: music - feels like lead guitar is on high during it's solo, esp. at the intro, lol. overall music feels light, steady paced, and for some reason, travels me to the sky, haha.
vocal - Hideki has the best melodious guy voice to me, period. more of Kazuma's sub vocal are accompanied here.
lyrics - very simple, but cute in a way, hehe. (eg: I was nude while holding a kitten, ROFL) simplicity & affection rule here.
overall - very pleasant after all the hardcore rock composition or frustating/complex lyrics from previous tracks. The start of a time-out to relaxation & light headed moment in this album.

素顔のままで (Sugao no Mama de)

my review: music - feels a bit western influenced here with roots of their own styles fushioned up. the 1st half of it's guitar riffs in this song feels like it could spin your head. the mid instrumental part makes you wanna burst to the top! this a blast off pleasant ville type of track, exceeding the previous.
vocal - you can feel the energy & passion in Hideki's & the sub vocals! it actually feels very good, nice & exciting. tee hee.
lyrics - FINALLY. a bright & ~~sexual~~ lovely content. beware if "love me, kill me, take me!" will be re-looped in your head even if you don't listen to this song (after effect), muahahaha.
overall - can be an addictive enthusiasm song for the hot love birds, or those who are madly inlove with a healthy relationship, ahohoho. feels like you're going on a ride too. *nosebleed* I'm already hooked to it, whoah.

my review: music - WOW, I CAN WALTZ TO THIS TRACK! (do you know of any rock rock song not rock and roll song, which you feel very waltzy to? nah) prepare to be wonderfully dazzled here!
vocal - this time Kazuma have a fair share of singing beside Hideki, they indeed balanced each other out neatly. SO SPLENDID, I THINK I CAN MELT HEAVILY and get lost into their voice. (somehow, their lovely duet makes boy love/yaoi hints into my head, but that's only if I think too much, shit)
lyrics - the perfect eternal lovey dovey lyrics of all. I think this can be a best wedding vow or sweet husband & wife theme song, ROFL. this is totally my type when I am inlove. ♥
overall - this has got to be the most romantic, beautiful, optimist meaningful, fabulous, etc. track of all in this album! words could not describe my feelings for this song. D'AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW.

IMITATION LOVE

my review: music - insecurity lyrics, but nope, the music ain't melancholic. there's nice steady paced rockish feel to it. the intro is pleasant in a defined way to it's lyrics.
vocal - Hideki knows how to sing according to the song's mood very well. God, I love this man. Kazuma sub-vocal can be heard accompanying him on some occasions in the background. Then chorus have smooth sub vocals.
lyrics - great, it snaps you out from sappiness and drops you into a pool full of love doubts. I think the lyrics are well arranged though. I love the most used line here: "what is love without dreams?".
overall - the song that gets you into wondering & thinking.

CAN'T FORGET YOU
Lyrics: CHACK, Music: CHACK
my review: music - a very interesting composed music. it's like it's singing on it's own, yet managed to hit the right arrangement with the vocal. it drives me crazy in an awesome way. this time it is finally great to be able to hear clear bass riffs, and a neat bass solo nearly towards the end.
vocal - the pace sounds very impatient, yet Hideki sounds like a songbird. random sub-vocals add spices.
lyrics - the well written 'can't stop thinking about you' theme. it's so poetic, unlike modern ordinary western lyrics. I like how "don't stop the feeling in my mind" will always ring in my head when I think of this track.
overall - I really heart this song. eventhough the song is pretty fast, the chorus is nice to sing-along to. music & vocal/lyrics wise are very catchy! Ah...

終わらない街 (Owara Nai Machi)

my review: music - ok, the guitars are wicked awesome! the riffs are easily ringing in my head. the mid instrumental sounds like it came from a game, whoah. I like how the guitar at the very end fade into a roaring engine/chainsaw transmission. it may be brief, but that's wicked mixing.
vocal - fair amount of Kazuma's parts in singing here. Hideki is still a smooth songbird, hehe. they added in their own "whoah whoah" tune to make the track more catchy.
lyrics - 2nd realism theme. it may be short, but still well written. somehow it reminds me of melancholic 80s new wave writing style, hahaha.
overall - city chics may feel the connection here. but I think it's a fun song to listen to for everyone.

RAIN

my review: music - sad yet tribute love lyrics also did not made this melancholic, but a damn good energetic music! the guitars are so awesome. now this is what I call real rock music! classic rockers will enjoy this very much, I know. *wink*
vocal - I looooooooooooove you Hideki, don't you know?? LOL the greatest J*Rock songbird of all.
lyrics - ahhhh! brilliant stylish written!! I love the line "in the rain my love for you grows". this is great because it's not limited to lovers, but anyone that you love in your life. I can deeply feel the detailed messages stored in this song. bloody fascinating.
overall - one of the most recognized classic song from them. people tend to fall inlove with this track at first listen, I am one of them.

SHAKE ME DOWN

my review: music - very groovy in a rockish way. you feel like you're riding a wild rollercoaster for this one! the vibes are smacking gooooooood.
vocal - I find the rap part very cute & unique! (that's a 1st) Hideki & Kazuma are sharing this song by guiding you with all their might. yeah!!
lyrics - the only grooving mixed ecstatic content for this album, LOL! just loose yourself to it, it's a thrill.
overall - waaaaaaah, the perfect ecstasy rock song, wakakaka! you feel like you need to get up and shake yourself up or get taken away by this upbeat track.

It's not fair!

I missed the Oscars: 81st Annual Academy Awards 2009!

I thought it's ok cause Oscars quality have been declining for their past anniversaries. (as in, dull nominees list & undeserved awards)

Not to mention how turn off I get when I hear radio stations gossiping about Brad Pitt x Angelina Jolie for best actor & actress awards and a year ago about Dark Knight's accomplishments. (bo-ring)

But this year, I NEVER knew the movie which received the most awards (8 in total!) goes to the movie which I have NEVER heard or known of until earlier just now. +_+;

My brother claimed that it is VERY GOOD. Wha-? Why have I never known about it until I watched the film! He then revealed he already long watched it in the cinemas with his so-called girlfriend. =_=

Not fair!

If I had known all this earlier, I would really enjoy this year's Oscars and applause/cheer for my fave film of the year, hehehe.

Then it's unfair again!

Why are we all shoved with ads, commercials, trailers, reviews, teasers, contests, talks and etc. marketing/promotions of upcoming/new films which are NOT worthy? *coughyup,PinkPanther2,BenjaminButton,TropicThunder,Igor,etc.cough*

I mean, I CAN'T even spot any titles or hints about the current Best Picture of the year up until now!

Oh, yeah! I'm mentioning about SLUMDOG MILLIONAIRE!

I really dunno how to explain or express it in one word, but boy, was it absolutely
AMAZING ♥.

Other than that, it's breathtaking (countless said that already though), hilarious, touching, realistic, BRILLIANT, exciting all the way - I enjoyed this movie. ^__^

I'm so gonna re-watch this again with my boyfriend or misc. friends! (anyone interested to watch with me? XD) TOTALLY worth it, memorable & MEANINGFUL.

Spoiler-free introduction:
The fun feature was they asked you in the beginning on how did Jamal ended up in winning 20 Million Rupees by one question away and gave you options like: A) He cheated, B) He's lucky, C) He's a genius, D) It is written. You will feel like you really wanna know it by watching the entire story! LOL At the end, you will find out the answer. ;)

Summary, minor spoilers ahead:
What's the story about? Simple really, but very realistic. About an innocent, honest & kind boy who unfortunately came from the slums (poverty & dirty place! think rubbish junk yard & squatter huts) in the center of Mumbai/Bombay, India. His name is Jamal Malik. (yeah, Muslim Indian) He took India's attention by storm when he appeared in their local's "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire?" TV Show and managed to nailed every tough questions right, despite having the position of a "chai-wallah" (a boy or young man who serves tea) at a call centre. (which he always gets indirect insults & mockery by the host played by the infamous Anil Kapoor, the only famous star in the movie!) But before he gets to the FINAL question, it was postponed to continue to the next day because the show has ran out of time. During that time out, he was captured & tortured by the police force in suspicious of fraud winning. At that time, you will discover his sincerity when he talks back about his childhood and life journey before getting his spot in the game show. Eventually you will realize that it doesn't take a genius or professional qualifications to know the answers to some questions. It is because of the coincidence the questions tied to his past & life experience that enabled him to know the accurate answers! So yeah, NEVER look down on unknown status, poor, under achieved, or a simple person. I LOVE how they managed to EXPOSE controversial facts in a light hearted way. Shoving reality into your face. Opening up more eyes to people around the globe. Telling you that there are people living in hardships out there yet they hardly complain or dwell unlike us! Along the way you also get to learn plenty of things and expand your knowledge! Not to mention the sweet love story inserted. And the best part was never giving up, having determination, passion & beliefs will eventually get you a happy ending. Ok, not entirely perfect ending, but at least a relieved one.

Another thing to be happy about is because now the Western world (or more parts than them) will begin to take notice about Indian films! To tell you the truth, I've seen much breathtaking and colorful Indian films compared to Slumdog Millionaire. Kollywood (Tamil) and Bollywood (Hindi) films are actually AWESOME! They are packed with everything from action, comedy, romance to serious, musical and much more! I wouldn't be surprise if Hollywood realizes this and starts to adapt as many Indian story titles into their films in the near future, HAHAHAHA. And NO, I have zero Indian blood in me, therefore this proves that I'm not racist or bias. Different unfamiliar language or culture is not a barrier to me. To me, as long as something is good, despite background/origin, they will be recognized and admired by me. Simple.

Maybe I'll write my own review about this movie next time. (when most ppl watched it already, LOL) Huuuuuuu.

Also, I just discovered that there are some promotional event going on for GSC Cinemas in conjunction with the 2009 Oscars. Old titles such as Bolt, Wall-E, and the like are only RM5 until a certain period!

So if you never had the chance to watch certain film titles (on the big screen), or having the free time and some allowance, it's time to make some movie outings with your friends or something!

As for me, I don't plan to splurge for movies until Transformers 2 & Star Trek hit the cinemas. ^^

I LOVE Friday the 13th

Despite the western superstition about friday the 13th or anything that has to do with 13 being bad luck, it is totally opposite to me!

It is the date where I went out to any outing or meeting having some social life for the first time this year. And it was a blast! Literally! >=P

I hung out with a bunch of totally new local (rock based) musicians which I just made friends with online a few days before the glorious date! And all TWENTY of us jammed (except the girls XD lazy to bring our keyboards lah. and the peeps who just came to listen or as lazy as us XD) 'til my ears wanting to burst. XDDDD;; And the funniest thing was ALL OF US WORE BLACK/DARK COLORS! Except for one. While we were hanging out downstairs outside the studio, some senior citizens were talking loudly in an unfamiliar Chinese language, and we were afraid that they might think there is some gothic or whatever sesat/lost and dark organization outing going on. :P We quickly joked that the member in the white t-shirt is our "leader", wakakakaka.

Oh and before the meet up, I forgotten to mention that I SAW RENO-SAN!!! (on his way to his college) He actually managed to spot me first. YEAH someone familiar. ^__^ *glompz*

Right after that, while waiting for my Sano to pick me up, I stumbled upon a vol. 17 manga of Ghost Sweeper Mikami. My fave supernatural themed manga of all-time!! It was only ONE left, so instead of saving all my pennies like a desperate saver bastard, I bought it without any thought! Then I went to McD and ~~spoiled~~ surrender myself to a strawberry sundae. I can't resist ice-creams, can you? ;P I gotta admit, although I hate McD ice-creams in general (I HATE soft cones & ice-creams!!), I REALLY think they have the BEST strawberry sundae because the taste TOTALLY tasted like raspberry instead and I HEART raspberries. Damn country makes it TOUGH for this rasp-loving freak to get any real rasps love. :(

The weirdest shit is that a hunky man IS HITTING ON ME. He ~~purposely~~ suddenly sat right BESIDE my lonely cornered table, and asked me to take care of his belongings. O_O; Then he asked if I know cpu technical difficulties after returning, because his laptop was hanging from shutting down. After that was solved, he chaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaats with me and promotes his designing (he said he had fetish in collecting women handbags ooooooooookaaaaaaaaaaaaay) and gave me perfume test tries AND WTF HE MOLESTED MY HANDS & said my hands are so nice & fair. =__+ I'm sorry but I am DISGUSTED when stranger touches me WITHOUT asking my permission first. THANK GOD my Sano already arrived and I just rushed off. IT WAS SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO GAWD DAMNED AKYWARD.

When I thought Sano will just drop me home (cause he's always sooooooooooo busy it's so hard to even pin him down DDDDDDDD:), but he surprised me by taking me out to go dining & shopping to pay off for not being able to see or ~~dating~~ hanging out with me for a looooooooooong time and to make it up, Friday the 13th IS MY 2009 VALENTINE AWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW. Kekekekeke. To us, we make up any valentine's we want. >:P He bought me dinner, desserts, extra snacks for my family, flowers for me and things for his mum & kitchen MORE AWWWWWWWWWWWW.

This is the first interesting & happiest date of my 2009 in my life. <333333333333

September 24, 2008 - Two more additions to the roster of new Giant F***ing Robots in Transformers 2: Revenge of the Fallen have been revealed.

IESB points out an article at Transformers World 2005 that claims the "Hasbro Licensing Summit 2008 at Malaysia Kuala Lumpur has revealed the identity of the Chevy Corvette as Sideswipe! The second revelation is confirmation of Ravage in Revenge of the Fallen. Ravage is described as having a very raw beast mode."

TFW2005 also reports that the trade show confirmed earlier reports that Devastator will be in the sequel and that Megatron will be back but this time in the form of a tank.

Jalopnik has posted more photos of Sideswipe's auto form, the Corvette Centennial. The site also posted set photos of the Bumblebee Chevy Camaro, which they say sports a "newly tarted-up aftermarket look."

I dunno why. But I get fired up at very epic things. Oh gawd. I believe our future will be like the ideas provided from Star Trek. Seriously. The 1st hint, is our time. Time is getting so much faster compared to years ago. I think we have to re-arrange our timing systems instead of the old 24 hour ones. I don't understand. I can't find lyrics to MOST SONGS in this Initial D GT2000 Album. The problem is that I obtained this music album from my former colleague, and it only states Track No. and NO TITLES OR INFO!!

The weirdest thing, is that when I type "Initial D GT 2000" in ANY freakin' sites or search engines, THERE'S NO RESULT FOR THIS MUSIC ALBUM! WHY??!! Is this an invinsible album??! o__O;;; Hantu betul!! (really fishy)

All I want is to just check the track lists to this album, so I know what titles are my fave tracks. T__T

I was actually feeling ill on Saturday (yesh, I had to work on Sat. too - full day!), especially towards after dinner buffet. Went to visit doctor to find out how to cure my stubborn skin and discover what's my new allergy, blah blah blah. However, doc seems so ~~unprofessional~~ clueless, he just encouraged me to see a skin specialist at any hospital I wanted to go. (great, he can't even recommend which specific place or doc to go to *sigh*)

Anyway, I had promised my aniki that I will celebrate his 21st birthday. ~~since he often reminds me of his b*day and that he claimed that he never celebrated his b*day officially since he was 5 years old, haha~~
Eventhough there were obstacles like me being sick and him having to work on a Sunday (wow, worst than me 8D), plus his best buddies are distant at the moment (finals & college/uni life) - I still MANAGED to pull off a SURPRISE celebration for him MUAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! *I'm so ebil*

That makes as a third birthday surprise by yours truly to anyone. ;P
(first was for my boyfriend, second for getting a b*day cake for Hwan Mun at her party, and third is... you'll see/know already ^^)

How did I planned?

-> get people to sign messages/wishes on his b*day card ~~forgotten to bring DX next time gargh~~
-> text messaged/smsed his best buds to pretend we forgotten his b*day & only wish him last minute when I meet up with him (in a surprise method ;P)
-> called him the night before his real b*date & ~~lied~~ said that I can't make it to meet up with him for his b*day cause I'm sick
-> few hours before meeting up with him, messaged him telling him I get my boyfriend to pass him gifts since I can't make it
-> ~~forced~~ made my boyfriend calling him to arrange a real meet up alone, ahohoho
-> at meeting venue, I go hide somewhere waiting for boyfriend to miscall me when he arrived to come down & surprise his sorry ass :PPPPP
-> while my bf heavily entertains him by intro him to his b*day gifts one by one (yes, I even ~~ordered~~ suggested my bf to do that to buy his concentration XDDDD)
-> I lite up the candles and quickly just appeared infront of him with the cake
-> he was so damned shock for real cause he never expected me to meet him ~~yeah, he became stoned~~
-> I quickly called his buddy while my bf calls his other buddy, and gave him TWO phones at the same time to talk to them, imagining their presences are with us :PPPPPPPPPP

(it can, but it'll be HARD and it's you who gave the crazy efforts first, ~~desperate freak~~) If it's meant to be, it's meant to be. I'll listen to my heart and his for this. ;)

I usually do eventually. *MAJOR SIGH* But ONLY forgive NO forget, sorry. (well, I try not to remember, sometimes I'll only do, just in case) If they refuse to improve after what had happened - then even if I forgive, it's still useless and I'll usually ignore these kind of people, let God/karma/fate/whatever decide what's best for 'em. But if it's as horrible as taking people's lives or virginity without permission, then I can tell them to go to hell literally.

♥ they upgraded EVERY WORK STATIONS AS MACS instead of partial PC and Macs. WHOAH. I feel like Pixar's. (they use Apple products too to produce animation which is rare or unwanted for mainstream studios) XDDDDDD
~ yup, that means I'm a N00B cause I NEVER touched Mac comps before, and I only see my dad & bro using their Apple laptop. back to being a slow worker DDDDDDDD:

I envy the lucky superiors, background artists, and editors for being able to be assigned to use the sexylicious huge ass beautiful iMac and smooth Mac keyboard as their work station OMFG. DO WANT TO WORK HARD TO GET PROMOTED OR SOMETHING TO BE ONE OF THEM, HAHAHA! XD I'm such a pathetic workholic.

♥ we get served one on one for tea time, wh00t! feels like experiencing air flight hospitality, or some fancy hotel accommodation or transport travel. XDDDDDD mmmmmmm the teh tarik (tea with condensed milk) is so yummy/strong & good for air-conditioning environment! clears my blocked sinus nose~
...yup, it's a FIRST to me in all my working experience O.O. plus I think I'm feeling spoiled HAHAHA XDDDDDDDD;;

♥ your work station is ALSO your MUSIC STATION!! seriously, they don't mind how many people use their speakers to play various type of music (of course not on blast mode, but loud enough to actually being able to feel like you're listening to several radio channels or being in a DJ arena until you don't mind turning off your own speakers to sing-along or give in for them, unless you have headphones =X)
~ yeah, have to bring my own headphones, cause they don't provide. XD; tomorrow I shall bring my house one & have better concentration on work! ~~save others from hearing my tone deaf sing-alongs~~ :) I'm a person who can't work without music, at least, not in proper working mode. +_+;

what surprise and amazed me is that there are seriously BROAD range of music being played by each and every one. from modern like Avril Lavigne, Green Day, Linkin Park, or obvious animation lovers playing anime/animation soundtracks, you can't tell that those listeners could even play tracks to classic oldies such as The Carpenters, The Beatles, and even ABBA! ROFL Looks like they're missing something from the 80's, and I'm so gonna corrupt the place with my collection tomorrow. ;P YA-HA!

♥ even if the area/location sucks, but the studio which is in a shop lot corner itself contains sufficient entertaintment/relaxation rooms. you get to play pool, games (PS2? sorry, no interest in games no more, esp. mainstream consoles or porteables), ping pong, watch TV, read library of comics or artbooks or animation books, sleep on comfy sofas, have meeting in mini cinema hall.

The date is on 31st October 2008, Friday. Starting from 5PM - 11PM. The venue will be at Subang Jaya's Metropolitan College's Concourse Outdoor Hall. Entrance fee is only RM5. Those with tickets will get a chance to win lucky draw!

There will be solo cosplay competition, sword battle game, mini games, ice breaking games, jankenpon (japanese rock scissors papers stones), food & drinks booth, artist booth, Halloween decorations (duh :P), music, lucky draw, goodies, prizes and many more. ^__^

Yesh, Anna Sagara is co-operating with them to make a blast Halloween party. ;)

Instead of makin private/personal parties at home as usual, this year, I plan to join forces with an existing event to make a "more the merrier" & "bigger space" occasion. ^^

I plan to get a new cell phone by next year, or when my current cracked outdated Nokia phone dies (which might be next year, lol). Therefore, I'm currently researching and comparing wishlist phones. My target/ideal is to get a clamshell/flip phone (I never had one, and always wanted to own one to try), preferable with screen outside that can display picture (monochrome or just clock is bo-ring, though I can close one eye for it) AND most importantly: mp3 player feature. (I could care less about misc. functions) I REALLY want a phone that is good to play and store music, since I don't have any mp3 player yet, and itched to have REAL music (no polyphonic tones anymore) as my ringtones. XDDDDDDDDD

So far the phone models which impacted me are...

Choice 1: Nokia 6267

Reasons: I've been using Nokia since dinosaur roam (meaning I've been using it since I started using cell phone up 'til now!), so it's no surprise that the loyal trusted branding image is sticked in me. Strong point: cause it's the sjdasghjdsgh best long-lasting durable phone, no kiddin'. Drown it, break it, smash it, throw it, fall it, hit it, shake it, screw it = still living. Hah. <3

Review:
Good side: Loud sound, great display, good cam quality, spacious keypad, solid.
Bad side: Short battery life span.

Choice 2: Nokia 7390 L'Amour

Reasons: Gaaaaaawd. I can't take my eyes away from this model. O_O;;;; The color combo are perfect, if only the bronze/copper parts could be more light like blonde/gold/yellow to match Kittan's trademark colors. (but it's still ok since part of his hair is brown) XDDDDDDD

Review:
Good side: Stereo speakers, good camera, good battery life, high speed 3G (streaming/video calling), elegant design (so damn rite ajkhsjhjsheh).
Bad side: Limited internal memory (slow menu), hard to flip open, still expensive?

Dang, so limited in Nokia/Sony Ericsson models here in M'sia. (unless anyone can intro?) XDDDDDDD;;; Am not rooting for Motorola/Samsung/LG, although they have cooler designs, but as from majority reviews: it's hard to maintain them and all. I always aim for the long run instead of short term. (both my old Nokia phones can have a lifespan of 5 - 8 years! all carried on for 2 generations XD dad -> me ROFL)

Right, about phone cover or design, I could care less. Am only appealed to get black cause it's one of my fave color, and that I like retro gadget feel. (old gadgets used to be black colored as standards, unlike millenium that made silver as the replacement) I'm still a freakin' old fashioned person. 8D PLUS I really wanted to name my new phone as Bachika Kittan/Kittan Black, my fave bishie after Kamina-sama of Gurren Lagann. <33333333333

BTW, phone have to be practical, esp. for Malaysian usage (since cool Japanese phones are appealing, but very troublesome for non-Japan located user). Sure, there could be cooler models out there, but if they don't do warranty or not compatible with M'sian users - what's the point? ;(

(so I can only roughly use 20 - 30 SMSes for a RM10 reload without expecting me to make any calls? FUCK YOU)

WTF with the overcharged rate WITHOUT informing me? I had to manually check by typing *122#. NO WONDER MY CREDIT GETS DRAINED WITH A BLINK OF AN EYE.

I thought it's supposed to be 1 - 5 (10 max) cents to same line, and 5 - 10 (20 max) cents to different line?! Don't get me on calling rates. I wanted to check the current rates from Hotlink official webpage - but OMFG why is it non-existence now? Phhhhhfttttt.

The ONLY J*Rock band I'm dying to support & see LIVE is SIAM SHADE. With only them in my mind, I forget Laruku, Glay, Miyavi, Gackt or any other J*Rock artistes that others are more keen to catch 'em live, ho hum.

But right now, I can just screw myself cause I did not managed to attend their miracle reunion concert last year in Japan. ):

They are by far the MOST IMPOSSIBLE band to expect a concert from, since they broke up for years now and do not intend to re-unite as a band again. Missed a chance, and now I'm not sure if there's any other again. T_T

And another reason I admire & adore SIAM SHADE (LIVE), is because eventhough as a band, the frontman won't be the only one to steal or charm the spotlight. They will ALWAYS do solo performance, and that REALLY shows the interesting self of each members, and that their talent are REAL technical. I love technical musicians compared to those who don't master their music instrument or rely too much on other back-ups.

From now on, I have decided that ALL BLOG ENTRIES (yes, even updates for my anneko.blogspot domain) will directly be archived HERE instead of dividing the two different servers according to entry categories. (what I'm afraid is that when I post business/promotional oriented news in my ~~personal~~ main blog, people might point at me that it's commercialized or profit-minded, whatever. I'm TIRED of keeping tracks of TWO different blogspots, so yeah. hope somebody understands ;P)

Of course, latest blog update about my domain will be featured at it's front/homepage, but will be archived here. Just wanted to clarify that. :P

I'm also planning to MAJOR RE-VAMPING my poor domain darling because I've been neglecting in moulding it as a PROPER portfolio or domain site. *sigh* Probably won't be starting any new layout any time (unless Raya or Deepavali is over), but I'll surely make NEW banners/buttons for EASIER navigation, and add more significant pages.

And GOOD NEWS! My booth is confirmed for the upcoming ACGC 2008 Event in Midvalley during the end of September weekends! (only did not obtain confirmed booth no. though)

I actually DID not expect or intend to join their booth, BUT since I don't have any plan during those dates, I thought why not! (I thank God that my kampung/hometown is not very far away compared to local people I know - exceptional for Hong Kong side =X) Plus the bookings are not yet full and that it will be my FIRST time to open a booth in a recognized mega mall (most $$$ too, but we'll see the results!), I might as well try out for experience. ^__^

Besides that, the major reason is to have the opportunity to meet up with people, familiar or new, hahaha! I can't wait to see my twin again (she no longer works at the same place with me now due to asjdjsajkdjshdjh), I hope to see my colleagues to visit me (heh), having my Sano being my ~~slave~~ helper all day 8DDDDD, meet up new friends I knew online but never meet in real life yet (neeeervous!), see who's my loyal ~~fans~~ customers ;PPPPPPP, SEE WHO SPAZZ THE SAME FANDOM AS I DO!! *___* Gosh, so much more, I can't wait, ALTHOUGH I'll be VERY stressed and tight for this deadline. ^^;;;; (seriously having SO MANY requests and errands during the FASTING month =_+ blargh. when am I EVER gonna complete my original story debut? >.<)

I'm liking my room's temp. more and more compared to before my house was renovated, because it's waaaaaaay cooler (or cold!) now. Before this, it's like staying in a freakin' heated oven or microwave in my room! (until my ultra sensitive eczema skin had to scream & bleed V_V) >__<;; Gee, I wonder why though? Everything is still the same - windows no changes, still using fan only (although I have an air conditioner, but it's very old but I never actually used it since dinosaurs roam), no extension. Perhaps renovation of a house do change some system, huh? I'm so glad for that!

The Deimon Devilbats FINALLY managed to go to the Christmas Bowl match - but against the god-like team. Can they win? I think no, for the first time in their greatest hope, nah. It is their biggest dream since the start of creating their team. And now, since they're STILL battling the very last minute with the strongest team in Japan, I'm so afraid it will end soon. And I will miss this manga VERY much. );

Merdeka = freedom. Our independence day is on 31st August, since 1957. (for penninsular, I believe. the east side, borneo portion, is later. but what the heck, this date is the MAIN one - I don't get why ppl have to tear their brains up for thinking too much)
Y'know, we used to be conquered by the Portugese (longest! x_x), Dutch? (too short period to notice them, whoops), British, Japanese (WW2, ppl), ~~Communists~~ (still considered, no?) British AGAIN. So yeah.
And do y'know why we can gain independence? Because the Brits think the Malay, Chinese & Indians (AND natives, why do ppl always neglect/forget them?! poor ppl) will NEVER unite - AND WE DID, HAHA!

Putting sports aside, want to make things clear that THIS BLOG URL STAYS! My previous entry was just a way for me to express how cold I felt towards this blogger blog I have kept and poured love to as a personal blog. Compared to LiveJournal, I felt that it is much much warmer there as a personal blog. That is all.

Imagine. I have spent efforts and ~~burning manly~~ passion in updating THIS place with MY exclusive life reports for friends (particularly that do not own LJ) which have to be set on PUBLIC as not everyone is hardworking enough to have a respective account to VIEW a certain friend's blog or site. However, it still feels that the non-LJ blogs are less cultural. (one of the REAL main reasons why I feel SAD from time to time when I come here or visit non-LJ blogs) So what if a blog can look so WOW in designs or owns FUYOH functions or even has HAHAHA HILARIOUS contents? I feel that most of the entries are more for show or attention, or too personal for a NON-locked entry. I also have no idea why some bloggers are DESPERATE in receiving comments/shoutouts/responses to their blog/entries/shoutbox. Sorry, feels self commercialized to me, LOL. ^^;;;

But I REALLY really admire friends' blogs (esp. Mea, Griffonkato, Videl~!) and idol blogs (David Gilson, Sweet Paul~!) because they managed to blog things which I don't dare to blog (not sensitive issues but photo spam and whee~!) or have the ideas that I haven't even think of yet! But to tell you the truth, I LOVE reading blogs, esp. friends' blogs! All the blogs linked in my sidebar are the blogs that I always visit and enjoy going to because blogs are always interesting to me. I like seeing updates of people I know, and getting new inspirations from new blogs I happen to stumbled upon. So if you are listed in my links, don't feel lonely because you still and always have a loyal reader/visitor here! If you fail to acknowledge that, all I can say is that I'll be deeply disappointed.

So as of today, I decide to QUIT SHARING/EXPOSING MY EXCLUSIVE BITS HERE and instead, make teaser updates to my LJ locked entries a.k.a applying x-posts here. (therefore, if you REALLY are my genuine friends - sorry, I am picky in terms of trust now - and wanted to know about me: you will follow the link and owned an account/login there to view!) Because I realized that I RECEIVED TONS OF STRANGER HITS and don't you think it'll FREAK YOU OUT since you know that there are many traffic to your place BUT they're all lurkers! WOW. My Sano managed to fixed the internet for me (WOO-HOO!), HOWEVER, my router is already DEAD and needs to be replaced. It's a GOOD thing, my parents' room have phone line, therefore, Sano just connects it to my modem and here, I'm using the net ALL to myself. Which I feel quite bad, since no one else in the house can share the wonder of internet at the moment. ^^; And the hassle thing is family members have to go to my room and turn on my HIDEKI to use the net.

But no. I'm not gonna update this place like it used to be. I'm switching on the

Last Friday, it's surreal that me and other cosplayers (and community bodies) actually appeared LIVE on one of TV3's nation breakfast show. O__O;;; Duh, I ~~cosplayed~~ crossplayed as Mutou Kazuki from Busou Renkin, hahaha. :P

The guy who hosted the show? It was the 1st time I met him (maybe some of you who watch TV would know him but I dont...until now of course :D) and the 1st time I ever get interviewed by him/talked with him and all...AND HE'S ACTUALLY SO CUTE. *_* A NEW local star to fangirl over, MUAHAHAHA. <3

I rate this the best from me by far. As in action/animation/effort/spirit/music wise. My fave music is still the first parallel, but this vid proves more of it's worth. It also feels as if this could already be an episode worth instead of an experimental music video, LOL!! The quality is just WOW.
IF THEY WERE TO REPLACE THOSE NEW CHARACS AS ORIGINAL CHARAC'S CHILDREN INSTEAD, THEN I BET IT WILL ROCK EVEN HARDER. But sadly we can't get that huh! :(

Oh yeah, the final two Parallel Works episodes will premiere in September. So yeah, BACK TO MANIC MONDAYS FOR ME. DDDDDDDDDDDD: Until Sept. comes. And when the 1st animated featured film of GL finally gets released, IT WILL BE THE TIME I GET SO HYPED, I might cause an earthquake here. +_+;;

Next news is Bandai's english dub release of GL!! The 1st episode already released it's streaming here: http://www.scifi.com/anime/!! If you are curious on how the characs will sound in English, wonder no more!!

I actually am slowly loving the dub! One of the best anime eng. dub out there aside Kenshin & Trigun!

But is it me, or do I feel that they are so in a rush in the episode/playing lenght? I felt that the opening theme's tempo are fast fowarded a bit, and there were 2 cut scenes if I'm not mistaken.

# One being the big pig moles break out by Kamina-sama and gang, where they cut the part you can see the angle as if Kamina is humping Simon at the back ROFL. XDDDDDDDDD OH YES. I agree that they try to pronounce Simon like the original, which supposed to be "SHIMON", but when they try to say that, it ended up like "Semen" or "Simone" ROFL. XDDDDDDDDDDD

# Another part is when the chief told them they will starve if they will not obey; the kids supposed to be released by the chief and said sorry to Kamina-sama, but Kamina refuses and makes cute HMPH to 'em. Instead, it is totally cut to the part they're concentrating on Simon. Hmm.

# And in some scenes, I feel that they fast fowarded a bit. As if public can easily get bored in appreciating some still/non-action moments. It makes me wonder cause the script/dialog for each characters are pretty windy/looooooong, yet they try to fasten the episode, so it's kinda weird for me, LOL. I felt like saying CHILL all the way for the dub direction. XDDDDDDDDDDD And of course for the ending theme, that was TOTAL obvious fast fowarded edit. Can't they do it normally? =/ Are they so afraid new viewers easily get bored?? XDDDDDDD;; (I just hope they purposely do this edits for the streaming and NOT in the DVD release)

But overall, I am actually IMPRESSED with the dub presentation! I actually LOVE the quotes. Now if I cosplay, I'll know what english words to use. XDDDDDDD Yes, although Kamina-sama is the only one lacking from the Japanese version, esp. epic wise, but I think that his voice is not bad. It gives me fantasy of a REAL 17 year old teenage boy. If anyone wonders how Kamina will sound like younger, I think the dub already shows it to ya. 8DDDD When I heard full lenght Yoko, I think it is much better than the preview clips. Simon's dub is the best so far. Even the chief is not bad too. Oh and the Ganmen too, haha.

Too bad to hear the rest of the dubs, need to purchase the DVDs (or watch it on US Sci-Fi channel, which I heard is cable?), as I heard only the 1st episode gets streamed. Oh well. I don't live in the U.S, and I don't ever plan to own cable. I do plan to collect the ultimate complete collection of the Gurren Lagann DVDs though. Hopefully it'll come with some special bonus merchandise to drool & treasure for. ^^ *LIKEKAMINA-SAMAPLS* JUST I WAIT!! :DDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
